Mike is the custodian of this painting. He says: “I read your website about what was going on with the pictures and I was quite touched by the idea of things lasting. In queer and DIY world, you know, we often do things that are ephemeral and we’re largely happy with that but sometimes wouldn’t it be nice if somebody else helped it last? I figured that walls are big and white and practically everywhere and there’s no reason not to put something on it if you can. And so we put the picture, along with a QR code which allows people to see where it comes from on one of the interior walls of the sound studio of the Royal College of Art and, as long as nobody takes it down, which I won’t, it will be there for forever and ever more.”
